Final cut techniques

Over the last 2 lessons we have been looking at new techniques that are used in music videos and in groups have been testing out these techniques. The 4 techniques we have been looking at are split screen, green screen, colour manipulation and key framing.

Our group consisting of myself, Molly and Jess had to look at and master split screen. To test this we took  inspiration from Examples Kickstarts music video which contains many aspects of split screening and therefore many examples of the technique.

We filmed our own footage using other sixth formers as actors and using the split screen technique created our own version of Kickstarts to show that we had mastered the technique.

We completed the task, but however have been unable to upload the video as yet.
The video may be uploaded within the next week or most likely after the summer break.
